Bob Body is a well known authority on the work of the WW2 Special Duties Squadrons based at RAF Tempsford. "Taking the Wings of the Morning" is his personal story of the search for a missing relative who served on one of the Squadrons. The experience gained during that search has prompted and enabled him to research further and to help other relatives of Tempsford aircrew to discover the wartime history of their family members.
Bob lives with his wife, Helen, and 3 "rescued" dogs in Eastern Crete. He visits the UK at regular intervals for further research at the National Archives.
